Speaker Biography<\/h4>

Searra is Lead UX\/UI Designer at Hyper Luminal Games a independent studio in Dundee who specialise in creating wholesome games. <\/p>\n

Searra is an avid champion of inclusive design methodology, with over 11 years of experience in the games industry. During the 2019 Women in Tech Scotland Conference Searra spoke about principles for inclusivity and diversity in UX\/UI design. <\/p>\n

A firm believer in building supportive working environments, who celebrate diversity, she joined Hyper Luminal Games in June of 2021. Spending the past year working with the leadership team to help build accessibility and inclusive design into the ethos of the studio. <\/p>\n

In April of this year she had the opportunity to pitch for the InGame Inclusive and Accessible Design accelerator. Successfully securing a place for her team on the 8 week program, which has been instrumental in driving positive change towards building accessibility into the studio development pipeline.<\/p><\/p>
