Speaker Biography<\/h4>

Amy Chao is the Community Lead for Immerse UK, the UK’s cross-sector innovation network for immersive tech professionals, part of Innovate UK KTN, which connects the ecosystem between enterprise, SMEs, academia and government to grow the UK’s XR industry. Amy is a passionate community connector across creative, tech, startups and diversity and inclusion. She has been an instrumental part of VR and XR Diversity Initiative since 2018. Her international background spans UK, US and Asia across tech, fashion and travel sectors in global companies, startups, accelerators and entrepreneurship with hands-on experience in design, strategy and operations of digital and physical products including prototyping and manufacturing. She’s especially excited about the power of immersive tech to connect the dots in new ways for people and planet, particularly with sustainability and DE&I impact. <\/p><\/p>
