She is Innovation Lead at i2 Media Research Ltd, leading the development of easy ways for creative organisations to access the methodologies developed, such as design thinking sessions informed by user psychology, for testing of creative and technical prototypes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Leah has worked on the audience insight and strategy function of the RSC-led Audience of the Future Performance Demonstrator, and Innovate UK funded collaborative R&amp;D project.
