Speaker Biography<\/h4>

Sara is Co-Director of the Creative Economy Unit at Cardiff University. She has three main leadership roles: Director of creative city network Creative Cardiff, Chief Operating Officer of Clwstwr a \u00a39 million R&D project promoting innovation in the Welsh economy and Deputy Director of the \u00a350 million UKRI Strength in Places funded media.cymru. Her role is to provide leadership and strategic direction to these initiatives and to work with a wide variety of stakeholders including academic, industry and government partners. Sara is passionate about championing & developing creative talent and ideas and brokering partnerships that enable individuals and organisations to realise their full creative and commercial potential. Previously Sara has held a variety of posts from producer to project manager for organisations such as the Southbank Centre, the Wales Millennium Centre, the Riverfront Theatre, Hull University School of Arts & New Media & the Sydney Olympic Games 2000. <\/p><\/p>
